About two million seafarers, are the invisible workforce responsible to transport over 95% of traded goods around the world through sea. They remain at sea longer than at shore.
The Sailors’ Society operates around the clock in 30 countries and 100 ports worldwide to assist seafarers by providing:
- Communication
- Transport
- Rest and recreation
- Welfare assistance
- Faith support
- Financial aid
