Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) celebrates 115th anniversary this year. SNAME 2008 Annual Meeting and Expo of three days is scheduled to start on October 15 at Houston.
The theme for SNAME 2008 Annual Meeting and Expo is “Celebrating our Past, Engineering our Future”. The SNAME Annual Meeting is the only professional meeting to address the developments in naval architecture, marine engineering and marine sciences together.
SNAME 2008 will feature increased networking opportunities and an expanded comprehensive technical program including the Ship Production Symposium – a proven winning combination. In addition, the popular President’s Reception, the Annual Banquet, Student Programs, Expo and the return of the President’s Luncheon.
