Welcome to MarineBuzz. As per reports now they are permitting only friendly countries. Also India is geographically closer. Iam sure in a few days all countries would join in relief work.

Very sad. They’ve refused US aid so how are they allowing Indian Navy ships to give aid??

The cyclone path was monitored for about a week by all the nations. It is not clear why Myanmar has not taken right preventive actions to prevent loss of lives.

The loss of life is amazing. I feel for the families affected by this thing. I makes me grateful I only have to deal with 4 ft of snow in upstate New York. At least spring comes and melts it all.
