Welcome to MarineBuzz. Indian coast line is roughly 7500 kms comparing to China’s 18000 km coastline. Definitely Indian demand for boats won’t match china’s demand. Also luxury yacht demand in India is now only picking up.Coastal waterways are yet to pick up. Marina at Kochi is now only coming up. Maybe in the next 5 to 10 years we can expect significant improvement.
