Sea Launch has successfully launched Thuraya 3 satellite on January 15, as planned. This launch was eagerly awaited by all after the last launch failed in January 2007 that damaged the platform with an explosion. Sea Launch has now identified the fault correctly that caused the failure and has within a span of a year demonstrated the successfull launch. Well done Sea Launch.
